Our team
Jeffrey P. Romero, EdD
I am a sport psychologist and mental health counselor with international training and experience in supporting adolescents and adults who face anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and traumatic events. Additionally, I have guided the process of athletes from initiation up to Olympic athletes. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based models, based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, ACT, and positive psychology.
I strive to offer a safe, empathetic, and culturally sensitive space, adapted to the unique characteristics of each individual. I understand how cultural beliefs can influence someone’s inner experience and behavior, therefore, I integrate this understanding into the therapeutic process.
I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at ITESO (Guadalajara, MX) and later obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology from Capella University (Minnesota, USA). Subsequently, I completed a second master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Western States (Oregon, USA), where I also completed a doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Furthermore, I have supplemented my professional training with training and courses in EMDR, positive psychology, and eating disorders.

Lic. Angie Larios García
I’m Angie Larios, a clinical psychologist (ITESO; licensed in MX), currently pursuing a Master’s in Relational Therapy (Instituto Tzapopan), with additional training in Brief Systemic Therapy focused on Solutions. I support individual, couple, and family therapy processes from a perspective that integrates the body, personal history, context, and relationships as essential spaces for understanding distress and opening paths toward healing.
I believe that symptoms are not failures, but rather ways the body expresses what has wounded it. Instead of silencing them, therapy invites us to listen deeply, recognizing them as signals that call for care, change, and understanding. Sometimes this means inviting loved ones into the process; other times, it means exploring one’s inner world with the close, intentional support that therapy provides.
My work is informed by somatic therapy and a relational lens that understands pain doesn’t occur in isolation, but within context—stories, bodies, systems, and relationships.
Rather than aiming to change the person, my intention is to create a safe space where they can return to themselves, feel at home in their own body and story, and relate to others from a freer, more dignified, and truer place.

Lic. Alejandra Becerra
I am a clinical psychologist (licensed in MX) trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an integrative approach that incorporates mindfulness-based tools. I support adolescents and adults in therapeutic processes by offering a safe, empathetic, and human-centered space where we can explore, understand, and transform emotional distress.
My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and life planning. I consider each person's sociocultural context and individual beliefs as essential elements in the therapeutic process.
In therapy, I invite you to reconnect with your body, observe your experience with curiosity and non-judgment, and develop tools to respond more consciously and in alignment with your values. My approach fosters a more compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you.
I'm here to support you in recognizing, understanding, and rebuilding yourself from a place of freedom, dignity, and connection to what truly matters to you.
